Up to 6 CME or CE Hours Available
Many highly skilled group therapy providers have been forced into telehealth practice without thoughtful guidance on how to conduct evidence-based telehealth group therapy. The Telebehavioral Health Institute has organized two interlocking training experiences to help you learn by doing. These events will be the 3-hours each, which can be taken independently or as a single program. Both will be highly interactive to demonstrate how as well as the why of telehealth group therapy.
Continuing in its tradition of fostering group interaction to enhance learning, TBHI will open the class’s Community Discussion Forum to be used PRIOR to the event. Registered participants are invited to share and discuss information related to their current practices regarding:

TBHI’s online coursework gives you access 24/7. You will receive a rich, multimedia platform to enhance your enjoyment and learning retention.
Completing the TBHI training will require approximately the same number of CME or CE hours offered with each course. A 6-hour course then, will take about 6 hours to complete, depending on how quickly you read. A one-hour course typically involves approximately 10,000 words, minus the words involved with presenting audio and video segments. The course evaluation and post-test will require that you come back into the website to respond to a series of questions. Post-test need to be passed with a grade of 80% or better to get the course completion certificate. (You will have learned a lot, and passing should be no problem. Of more than 7,000 trainees that have come through our doors, only three needed help with post-tests.
